MCCs are currently the same thing everywhere, 2 varieties, evenly matched. My idea is that they make MCC's that can be fitted. PC battles could have an MCC commander to command the battle and control support like CCP has spoken about for a long time, and the commander would need skills to use anything except militia MCC's (the current ones). Basic, advanced, and prototype MCCs could be bought from npc's or made by eve players. Militia ones also cost money, and a supply of MCC' would be nessesary to fight in PC. The following modules could be fittable for these MCC's:
- Shield Extenders- more shields
- Armor Plating- more armor
- Damage mod equivalent- increases shooting speed of MCC
- Support turret- provides some kind of fire support for mercs on the ground
- Cargo extension- one day, we may have raiding where you steal stuff. This lets you take more
- Extended RDV hold- have another RDV, so you can deploy vehicles faster and/or have a backup incase the first 2 get destroyed
- Ewar modules- could conduct some sort of eqwar, stuff like scanning the map or doing a jam for a certain amount of time, and have a cool down.
I do not know how much these modules or custom mccs should cost, nor how effective each module should be. If your mcc is destroyed in battle, it is gone, and the enemy gets to salvage stuff from it. This is my idea, and any criticism, complements, or feedback would be appreciated.

A normal destroyer is worth a little more than a million ISK. A normal cruiser I believe is between 10-20 mil ISK. I don't recal a cruisers price because I haven't used one myself in a while, regardless the price of a MCC would be minuscule compared to what you think they actually cost. To be fair, the video he was referring to did say that the MCC's were 100 million ISK, but thanks for your input. As for making up for the added cost of MCC's, perhaps there could be some new source of revenue for the districts, such as mining operations. Take in clones and minerals every 24 hours, instead of just clones.

Good thinking, how about you get to salvage the hulk of the mcc for the stuff, which is somehow valuable. Kind of like wrecks of eve ships. Also like in eve online, perhaps each module on the mcc has a 50/50 chance of being destroyed or ending up in the wreck.
